Reservations shall be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email to "Tourism and Travel Options " offices . A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required on confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival to Tanzania. Reservations are subjected to cancellation if final payments are not received by the due date. Reservations made less than six weeks to before the start of the tour are only considered as confirmed if the total cost of the tour is paid on reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellation of a reservation must be received in writing to our office and shall only be effective from the date of receipt of the notification by the booking office. Cancellations are liable to the following charges calculated from the total cost of the tour.
. 6 weeks prior to departure - loss of deposit
. 3 weeks prior to departure - loss of 50% of the total cost
. 2 weeks prior to departure - loss of 75% of the total cost
. 1 week prior to departure - loss of 100% of the total cost

Refunds

No refunds are given for :
. Lost travel time or substitution of accommodation
.ITINERARIES amended after departure.
. Circumstances arising beyond the company's control necessitating alternative arrangement to be made.
. Not appearing for any booked activity without notifying the company in writing two days in advance.
. Cutting short the booked ITINERARY for whatever reason.

Prices

Rates are quoted in US dollars. Prices of all tours in this website are published on seasonal basis. All prices are subjected to change without notice.

ITour Costs include:
. Transportation - vehicle, driver and guide for the booked ITINERARY.
. Transfers - All tours start and end with collections from and return to any centrally located hotel in the main cities/towns.
. Accommodation - Based in lodges, hotels , permanent tented camps or mobile camping depending on the type of tour booked.
. Meals - Full board i.e three meals per day.
. Park Entrance Fees- Ngorongoro Crater fees and camping fees , ranger fees, boat safaris and walking safaris.
. All government taxes, levies and service charges.

All expenses of personal nature, laundry, beverages, portage gratuities, transfers on arrival and departure, airport taxes, VISA fees, domestic air fares, public transportation, air fares to national parks and game reserves, entrance fees to the museums unless otherwise specified.

. The company provides all the services to the best of it's ability for your comfort and safety, but it should be understood that all safaris are undertaken at the risk of the client.
. The company accepts no responsibility for all illness, injury, death , loss or damage of personal property.
.The company's liability to the tourists is governed by the respective laws of Tanzania and is under the jurisdiction of the Tanzania Court of Law.
. The company will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations or non- acceptable reservations.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the company and tourists. No alterations to the terms and conditions may be made unless in writing by the Executive Director of the company. All decisions and matters are subjected to the company's discretion.
